These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of UAE Buggy Tour's website, reservation platform, and desert off-road rental packages.
By booking a package or using our website, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully before finalizing your reservation.
Booking & Cancellation:
1. Reservation Terms
- • Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to scheduled hotel pickup receive a 100% full refund with zero penalty fees.
- • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or no-shows at designated pickup locations are subject to full package charge.

2. Operational Rules
- • Age Requirement: Self-drive dune buggy drivers must be at least 18 years old and present a valid Passport or Emirates ID at check-in.
- • Marshal Instructions: Drivers must strictly follow lead convoy marshal instructions at all times. Off-track reckless driving is strictly prohibited.
Damage Liability:
All self-drive vehicles are inspected prior to departure. Drivers are responsible for intentional vehicle misuse or damage resulting from disregard of convoy marshal safety warnings.
Weather & Force Majeure:
In the event of severe sandstorms or extreme weather conditions preventing safe desert navigation, tours will be rescheduled free of charge or fully refunded.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
