- Quad biking is a self-driven activity. Riders accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages, as this activity is not covered by provider insurance.
- All participants must read, complete, and sign an indemnity form before they are permitted to start the tour.
- Solo rides are reserved for participants aged 16–55. Children aged 10–15 must ride tandem with an accompanying adult.
- The stated tour duration includes travel time for hotel pickup and drop-off. Note that summer pickup schedules may be adjusted, and changes will be communicated ahead of time.
- Dress appropriately for the season: light, breathable clothing in summer, and a jacket or warmer layers for winter.
- Camel riding is strongly discouraged for guests aged 60 and above, or those with existing back problems or disabilities.
- Travelers are strongly encouraged to secure personal international insurance for enhanced safety coverage during the adventure.
- Child Policy for Quad Bike Ride
- Children in this age range are restricted to a designated riding area only; however, their overall participation in the activity is not strongly recommended.
- These children may ride as passengers within a dedicated passenger zone, but tour providers generally advise against their participation.
- Only children who are 14 years old and above are permitted to join the main quad bike tour routes in the open desert.

- The UAE Buggy Tour Dubai is strictly unsuitable for children under the age of 10.
- For safety reasons, pregnant women are advised against participating in this tour.
- Guests who have existing back or spinal issues should avoid the tour to prevent potential discomfort or injury.
- Individuals with heart conditions or other serious medical concerns are strongly recommended to refrain from joining the tour.
- Due to the nature of the activity, the tour is not accessible for wheelchair users or those with significant mobility challenges.
- What to bring
- Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes that are suitable for walking on and navigating sandy terrain.
- Bring sunglasses to effectively shield your eyes from the intense glare of the bright desert sun.
- Carry a wide-brimmed hat or a sun cap for essential additional shade and sun protection.
- Apply sunscreen liberally before and during the tour to protect your exposed skin from heat and harmful UV rays.
